Zdesigner S4m 203dpi Zpl Driver For Mac [Extra Quality]
Do you need to use ZPL? We print to a lot of Zebra printers (not this specific model) and simply use 4D forms, along with the correct Windows print driver. You also have to make sure the DPI setting is correct (i.e. 200 vs 300).

Anyway , since you are printing ZPLII code, I would strongly suggest you to keep it simple and get a way to talk directly to the printer, for example using the serial port, which I see is standard on this model of printer without using the driver.
I am trying to migrate print queues from a Windows server 2008 R2 print server to a Windows server 2012 R2 print server. I've followed all the technet articles on how to do this and I get all the drivers, all the ports, forms and most of the printers. The source print server has just over 1000 printers, the destination only ends up with about 680. The error logged in the event viewer for the printers that have failed to migrate properly is:
If you have any HP DesignJet 1050 or 1055, you will need to enable Interactive services detection service as these driver throw a UI component to Session 0 which is disabled completely by default.
PS if you have any HP DesignJets 1050 or 1055, you will need to enable theInteractive services detection service as the print driver throws UI to session 0 and that is disabled by default on 2012R2.

I am having the same problem. I have a windows 2008 R2 Server with 160 printers and i created an interim server with Windows 2012 R2, downloaded and installed all the drivers that was on the 08 server and I cant get more than 20 print queues to migrate. On the phone with Microsoft but they dont seem to have clue what the issue is.
Start either by selecting all the print drivers which were installed on the first restore attempt in PrintManagement.msc and set to Shared driver isolation or set up the policy, highlighted below, on the new print server. This will force all drivers in Shared driver isolation.
Outdated or missing printer drivers can cause your printing device to malfunction. For example, it may stop printing or print incorrectly. To avoid this, make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.

Zebra printer not working issues usually occur due to temporary glitches or incorrect printer configuration. To resolve the issue, perform a power cycle, cancel the pending job or set the printer as default. If that does not work, check for driver issues or try to reset the device to factory default as a last resort.
The SATO Windows Printer Drivers support all the current printer models. These printer drivers are to be used with labeling software and other Windows-based programs on the following Microsoft Windows operating systems:

The cause of a Zebra printer skipping labels is usually due to the printer not being fully calibrated or that your driver settings are not set properly for the label size that you are using. Calibrating ensures the correct and consistent positioning of the label in the printer, and the print on the label.
thanks now i check the OSS note.\\n\\nbye\",\"author\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"parentAuthor\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"id\":1395937,\"creationDate\":1149156216000,\"activeRevisionId\":3855835,\"lastActivity\":1149156216000,\"parentId\":1362640,\"originalParentId\":1362583,\"likeCount\":0,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"depth\":0,\"attachments\":[],\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"relations\":\"canReport\":false,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"canEdit\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"isLiked\":false,\"type\":\"comment\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"canConvertToAnswer\":false,\"canBeModerated\":false,\"canViewRevisions\":false,\"showInReply\":false,\"reported\":false,\"canCancelReport\":false,\"canDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canComment\":false,\"canViewReports\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"liked\":false,\"moderatorComment\":false}]}}"); const simplifiedQuestionView = JSON.parse("true"); (function() window.pageContext = mergeDeep(pageContext, question: id: 1362583, plug: "print-logographics-with-zebra-printer", votes: 0, questionTitle: "Print Logo/Graphics with Zebra printer", isClosed: false, isLocked: false, isRedirected: false, redirectedFromTitle: "", redirectedFromId: "", closedStatusData: JSON.parse(""), userVoted: false, relations: JSON.parse("\"canClose\":false,\"canUnredirect\":false,\"canReport\":false,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"canEdit\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"canReopen\":false,\"type\":\"question\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"canViewRevisions\":true,\"canUnlock\":false,\"reported\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canLock\":false,\"canCancelReport\":false,\"canComment\":true,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"canViewReports\":false"), isQuestionAccepted: true , childToViewInfo: id: "" , comments: JSON.parse("\"1362640\":\"rootParentId\":1362640,\"commentsCount\":2,\"comments\":[\"body\":\"thanks now i check the OSS note.\\n\\nbye\",\"author\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"parentAuthor\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"id\":1395937,\"creationDate\":1149156216000,\"activeRevisionId\":3855835,\"lastActivity\":1149156216000,\"parentId\":1362640,\"originalParentId\":1362583,\"likeCount\":0,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"depth\":0,\"attachments\":[],\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"relations\":\"canReport\":false,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"canEdit\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"isLiked\":false,\"type\":\"comment\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"canConvertToAnswer\":false,\"canBeModerated\":false,\"canViewRevisions\":false,\"showInReply\":false,\"reported\":false,\"canCancelReport\":false,\"canDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canComment\":false,\"canViewReports\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"liked\":false,\"moderatorComment\":false]"), answerPager: answersCount: 4, page: 1, pageSize: 10, pageCount: 1, sort: "votes" , answers: JSON.parse("[\"body\":\"Hi Ale, You dont need a Zebra bar one tool for printing graphics from smartforms. You need to have propers drivers and proper settings in place. Take a look at the OSS notes 750772 - Information on the ZPL-II printer driver for SmartForms Check the point 5 in the above oss notes:5) Support of bitmap graphicsColored bitmap graphics from SmartForms are changed to black and white when you print from the LZPL printer driver. If the picture quality is affected by this conversion, change the graphic to B/W with a graphics program (such as PaintShop Pro), and import it to SmartForms as as a black and white graphic. Monochrome graphics are not converted by the driver. However, all graphics may be justified to adjust the size of the graphic to the printer resolution (203, 300 or 600 dpi).During the import to SmartForms, you have the option to flag a bitmap as "resident". In this case, the LZPL printer driver saves the graphic in the RAM of the printer when it first occurs (Device "R:" of the zebra printer). At the end of the spool request, the driver deletes the graphic again from the printer's RAM, so that no more memory remains occupied.Resident graphics during label printing from SmartForms are therefore only faster if more than one label is printed within a spool request, and the resident graphic is repeated on each label.I hope this info helps.VJ\",\"author\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"id\":1362640,\"posted\":1147775891000,\"votes\":3,\"isAccepted\":true,\"isLocked\":false,\"userVoted\":\"\",\"relations\":\"score\":3,\"canCancelAccept\":false,\"canUnlock\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"accepted\":true,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canLock\":false,\"canAccept\":false,\"type\":\"answer\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"attachments\":[],\"body\":\"HI PLZ REFER TO THIS THREAD \\n \\nSmart Forms + Graphics \\n \\nplz reward if useful\",\"author\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"id\":1362610,\"posted\":1147775530000,\"votes\":1,\"isAccepted\":false,\"isLocked\":false,\"userVoted\":\"\",\"relations\":\"score\":1,\"canCancelAccept\":false,\"canUnlock\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canLock\":false,\"canAccept\":false,\"type\":\"answer\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"attachments\":[],\"body\":\"hi ale,deleted\",\"author\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"id\":1395952,\"posted\":1149156533000,\"votes\":0,\"isAccepted\":false,\"isLocked\":false,\"userVoted\":\"\",\"relations\":\"canCancelAccept\":false,\"canUnlock\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canLock\":false,\"canAccept\":false,\"type\":\"answer\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"attachments\":[],\"body\":\"hi yoy must use the ZPL II barcode commands to set a \\nhorizantal and rotational angles for particular part will be printed.following links contains ZPLII command document \\n -vol1-45541LBR3.pdf\",\"author\":\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false,\"id\":1396164,\"posted\":1149160445000,\"votes\":0,\"isAccepted\":false,\"isLocked\":false,\"userVoted\":\"\",\"relations\":\"canCancelAccept\":false,\"canUnlock\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canLock\":false,\"canAccept\":false,\"type\":\"answer\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false,\"attachments\":[]]"), answerForm: formAction: "/answers/1362583/post.json", textareaName: "body", textareaErrors: "", isAttachmentsEnabled: true, answerEditorialGuideline: title: "Before answering", content: "You should only submit an answer when you are proposing a solution to the poster\'s problem.
